Edward Dixon Halliday is an M.I.9 agent and Oscar's father.
Biography[]
When Oscar was four, he went on a mission in Africa and was captured. It took him 9 years to escape and joined SKUL, undercover as Vincent.
The Lost Hero[]
Oscar joins SKUL in an attempt to bring it down from the inside and meets Vincent. In the process of capturing the Head of M.I.9, Oscar throws Vincent out of the van, saving him from SKUL. Rose and Carrie track Edward to his home, where he reveals Vincent and Edward are the same person. Later, in the SKUL base, it blows up with Oscar and Edward inside. Although for a moment it looks like they've died, they both get out alive. Edward invites Oscar, Carrie and Rose to join his elite team of agents.
